- Consent logs – timestamp and version of Terms acceptance
- Uploaded photos – for Photo Booth feature (temporary processing)
1.2 Automatically collected information:
- Usage data – timestamps of messages, commands used, feature access
- Image generation logs – prompt, timestamp, result (retained for 90 days for compliance)
- Prohibited content attempt logs – for security and legal compliance
- IP address (optional) – may be logged for fraud prevention and age verification
1.3 No special categories:
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (health, political opinions, religious beliefs, racial or ethnic origin, etc.).
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To create and maintain memory of your conversations (personality, facts you share)
- To enforce our Terms of Service (including detection of Prohibited Content)
- To comply with legal obligations

- Conversation memory: Stored indefinitely until you request deletion
- Image generation logs: 90 days
- Prohibited content attempt logs: 90 days (or longer if required for legal proceedings)
- Consent logs: Indefinitely (to prove age and consent)
- Account data: Retained until account deletion
4. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:
- Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or lawful request by public authorities (e.g., child protection investigations)
- Enforcement: To enforce our Terms, including reporting serious violations (CSAM) to NCMEC or similar bodies
