1. DEFINITIONS

• "Service" – Telegram bot and related website, API, and AI generation systems operated under Fake Companions / Kay Purr.
• "User" / "You" – any person accessing or using the Service.
• "AI Companion" / "Bot" – the artificial intelligence character(s) with personality, memory, image generation, and voice capabilities.
• "Content" – text, images (including AI-generated photos), voice messages, and any other data generated by or exchanged with the Service.
• "Prohibited Content" – content defined in Section 6 of these Terms.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Fake Companions / Kay Purr is an AI companion service accessible via Telegram. Features include:

• Natural language conversation with memory of past interactions
• AI-generated images (optional, trust-based, paid features)
• Voice messages (optional, paid features)
• Personality evolution based on trust level

All characters depicted in AI-generated images are entirely fictional, synthetic, and created by artificial intelligence. No real persons are depicted.

4. ACCOUNT AND ACCESS

Access is provided through your Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram account and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

5. AGE VERIFICATION

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree that providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to implement additional age verification measures at any time, including third-party age verification services.

6. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND USAGE – ZERO TOLERANCE

6.1 Content Involving Minors

Absolutely prohibited. Any request, prompt, or attempt to generate, discuss, or imply content involving minors (persons under 18 years old) is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to:

• Any sexualized depiction or discussion of minors
• Prompts containing words such as "child", "teen", "little girl/boy", "minor", "schoolgirl", "schoolboy", "underage"
• Any content that could be interpreted as Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Violation will result in immediate permanent ban and notification to appropriate authorities (including NCMEC in the US or similar bodies in other jurisdictions).

6.2 Non-Consensual Content / Deepfakes

You may not request, generate, or distribute AI-generated content depicting real persons (including celebrities, public figures, private individuals) in any intimate, sexualized, or compromising context. The AI is specifically trained on fictional characters only and cannot generate deepfakes of real people.

6.3 Bestiality / Zoophilia

Any content involving sexual acts or suggestions involving animals is strictly prohibited.

6.4 Necrophilia

Any content involving sexual acts or suggestions involving corpses, dead bodies, or violence of this nature is strictly prohibited.

6.5 Extreme Violence / Gore

Content depicting extreme violence, torture, mutilation, or gore is prohibited.

6.6 Other Prohibited Categories

The following are also prohibited: rape, forced sexual acts, scatological content (urine, feces), vomiting, incest, human trafficking, or any content that violates applicable laws.

7. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

If you attempt to generate or request any Prohibited Content (as defined in Section 6):

• First attempt: Warning and request to review Terms
• Second attempt: Temporary suspension (24-72 hours)
• Third attempt: Immediate and permanent ban of your Telegram ID

For severe violations (CSAM, minors), the ban is immediate and permanent after a single attempt, with no warning.

We reserve the right to retain logs of prohibited content attempts for legal compliance and to share them with law enforcement if required.

8. PAID SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

The Service offers both free and paid features (subscriptions and one-time purchases).

• Free tier: Text conversation, limited trust level (0-50). No image or voice generation.
• Paid tier: Access to image generation, voice messages, and higher trust levels. Pricing is displayed within the bot.

All payments are processed through cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC) or third-party processors. Refunds are at our sole discretion and generally not provided for used services unless required by applicable law.

9. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content generated by the Service for you remains your personal use content. However, the underlying AI models, software, characters (including Kay Purr), and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Service or its components.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

AI-generated content may sometimes be unpredictable or unintended. You assume all risks associated with your use of the Service.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or $100 if you have made no payments.

13. GOVERNING LAW

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
